London Business School professor Gillian Ku describes research showing how even simple mental exercises to practice perspective taking can have an impact on our stance toward others and increase people’s effectiveness at work.
Principled Innovation asks us to work with others and recognize the limits of our own knowledge so that we can better understand and tackle the complex issues our communities face.
